Now what? What do you do after you’ve been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes?

You’ve returned from the doctors. Your are scared. No, in truth, you are devastated. You or a loved one has just been told that you have type 2 diabetes.

Do you accept what your doctor says? That you are going to have to live with this chronic illness for the rest of your life? Or that the only way to treat diabetes is with prescription meds…for life. And then you discover that the prescription meds only prolong the illness - they don’t actually heal you from the disease. You are still at risk from going blind or having a limb eventually amputated.

In today’s Eat Real to Heal show, I share with you Eric Adam’s story of being diagnosed with T2 diabetes, how he refused to be just another statistic, and how he single-handedly reversed his diabetes using a plant-based whole-foods lifestyle.

Going 100% plant-based, whole-food (no animal products) saved his eyesight and his life. His number one tip:
