We are a registered charity and non-profit society building regenerative pathways to healing through food-as-medicine, education, and community access.
Our work supports equity-deserving communities, including BIPOC and low-income individuals, to access the tools, environments, and programs that help prevent and reverse chronic disease while improving mental health and long-term wellbeing.

The Richer Health Hotel & Wellness Centre
Honoring Land • Culture • Regeneration
We’re building Canada’s first regenerative health and wellness destination in Vancouver Island, BC, a “stay-to-heal” hotel where metabolic nutrition, lifestyle medicine, plant-medicine and Indigenous wisdom come together to reverse disease and restore balance.
Developed in partnership with Indigenous partners and local farmers, the Richer Health Hotel embodies true bridge-building, a living model of reconciliation and regenerative wellness that restores balance between people, food, and the Earth.
By embedding the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and honoring TRC Call to Action 92, this project flows resources and opportunity back to the land and community, creating skilled jobs, supporting local suppliers, and integrating cultural education into every aspect of the experience.
Together, we’re shaping a new model of healthcare, one that heals people and the planet.

The Gap Between Health Need and Access
Chronic disease and mental health challenges continue to rise, while access to meaningful healing environments remains out of reach for many.
Public systems are under increasing strain. Philanthropy alone cannot meet demand. Private capital alone does not create equitable access.
We need a new model.

The Stay-to-Heal Hotel operates as a for-profit hospitality business.
Sea to Sky Thrivers Society (S2ST), an independent registered charity, raises funds to purchase healing stays at market value and provide access for individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford them.
This creates a closed-loop system where business success directly funds community health outcomes.
What we do
Educate.
We teach food-as-medicine, chronic disease reversal, and mental wellbeing through practical, evidence-informed programs and resources.
Train.
We train clinics, practitioners, and community health leaders in chronic disease reversal, metabolic nutrition, detoxification, and whole-person healing.
Access.
Through our charitable model, we fund scholarships, healing stays, and programs for BIPOC, low-income, and equity-deserving communities who would otherwise be unable to access care.
